I just wanted to say a huge well done to all of you for going Ruby. You will all be

This is only the beginning and your next goal should be get into the Sapphire pool asap
which will be worth a min  €1,500 (approx £1,300) when the full pay plan comes into play.
 
If you manage to achieve it in the December promotion then you could get €725 (Approx £630)
 
My advice is to build in Ruby blocks under your front line 3 associates.
 
You have all built a good strong foundation to move forward. Now is the time to get really busy  and get to your dream lives.
